About the position
As Head of Talent Development you are responsible for defining and executing a unified talent strategy in line with the company’s vision and values, ensuring that the organization has the right people, with the right skills, to meet long-term business goals.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong people leadership with strategic thinking. Someone who understands the complexity of the creative industry and believes that honest conversations, trust, collaboration, and clear structures are essential in building a healthy and ambitious organization.
You lead the Talent Development Team (including HR & Recruitment), overseeing the successful implementation of people strategies. You define and improve workflows and processes to manage and quality-control the team’s daily operations as well as all aspects of the employee life cycle and the overall people development and feedback culture.
You closely collaborate with the Head of VFX advising and supporting on strategic issues and helping them lead their team and deal with HR matters.
You cooperate with other Heads of Department and executives roles in driving long term efforts to improve talent processes according to ILP's vision and goals. You report directly to the CEO.
Your work will include
Responsible for the Talent Development team’s leadership, management and development.
Partake in creating both short and long term talent management and people development strategies to reach business goals.
Responsible for successful implementation of talent strategies, ensuring alignment with company vision, values and goals as well as clear communication of them.
Accountable for compliance with labour laws and regulations as well as company policies
Supporting senior roles i.e. Head of VFX with talent development workflows and HR processes
You need the following
Experience from creative environments with high expectations
Proven track record of leading teams as well as up-skilling leaders
Experience coaching senior managers in alignment with company business strategy
VFX industry experience is not essential but it would be highly regarded
