The position
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high quality IT support. You will handle first-line support for all IT-related issues, both on-site and remotely. Your tasks will include setting up workstations, onboarding and offboarding employees, troubleshooting client systems, and contributing to short and long-term projects aimed at enhancing our client platform and support systems. Your Main Tasks:
• Provide first-line IT support to employees, both on-site and remotely.
• Set up and configure thin-clients and workstations for new hires.
• Troubleshoot client systems and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Contribute to short and long-term projects focused on improving our client platform and support systems.
• Help out with office related tasks.
About You:
• You have previous experience from roles such as IT support or equivalent, preferably some Linux experience. (Don't worry, we will teach you everything you need!)
• You speak and write English and Spanish fluently
• You are willing to assist and help out wherever it is needed.
Experience or interest in the following areas are desirable:
• Linux, Windows and Mac client support.
• Basic networking.
• Alarms, security controls and CCTV systems.
• Google Workspace.
• To succeed in the role, you should be responsible, thorough in your work, and have an interest in IT.
Practical details:
Start: According to agreement.
Extent: Permanent full-time position with six months probation.
